By using IPTV Player, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Eligibility
IPTV Player is primarily intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you use the app, you represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms or that you have any required permission under applicable law.
3. Description of Service
IPTV Player is a media player and playlist management tool. It allows users to add their own M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs and organize playlist content in a clean interface.
IPTV Player does not provide IPTV subscriptions, television channels, movies, sports streams, or any other media content.
4. Limited License and Use of the App
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use IPTV Player for personal and lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the app except as permitted by applicable law.
5. User-Provided Content
Users are responsible for providing their own M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs. Any content accessible through a playlist is provided by the user's selected source, not by FORTIFY SOLENT LTD.
You are responsible for the playlist URLs you add and for any content, metadata, or sources included in those playlists.
6. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights and permissions required to access, view, or use any content contained in your playlists.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use IPTV Player to:
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Access content illegally or without authorization.
- Distribute, promote, or share infringing content.
- Sell, resell, or advertise unauthorized IPTV subscriptions or media access.
- Bypass technical restrictions, security measures, or access controls.
- Violate local, national, or international laws.
8. Third-Party Content
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not control third-party content, playlist sources, streaming servers, broadcasters, networks, or content owners. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its respective provider or rights holder.
9. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not own, operate, control, host, distribute, or provide third-party television channels or media streams that users may access through their own playlists.
10. Privacy and Third-Party SDKs
IPTV Player may use Firebase services provided by Google and Facebook or Meta SDKs for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, performance, attribution, advertising-related features, or similar operational purposes. Your use of IPTV Player is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains these services in more detail.
11. Intellectual Property
The IPTV Player software, logo, visual design, and related product materials are owned by or licensed to FORTIFY SOLENT LTD. Third-party content, trademarks, and media remain the property of their respective rights holders.
12. No Affiliation
IPTV Player is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any third-party television network, streaming provider, broadcaster, channel owner, platform, or playlist provider. Any third-party names or references remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
IPTV Player is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every playlist source.
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not warrant the availability, legality, accuracy, quality, or reliability of any playlist source or third-party media stream accessed through user-provided playlist URLs.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORTIFY SOLENT LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of IPTV Player or from third-party content accessed through user-provided playlists.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FORTIFY SOLENT LTD from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of IPTV Player, your playlist sources, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
16. Termination
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD may suspend or discontinue access to IPTV Player or any feature if necessary to protect the app, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address misuse. You may stop using the app at any time.
17. Changes to the Service
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of IPTV Player from time to time.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
