IPTV Player allows users to enter their own M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs. IPTV Player does not provide, host, sell, or distribute television channels, movies, sports streams, IPTV subscriptions, or other media content.
2. App Role and User-Provided Playlists
IPTV Player is a player utility. Users may enter their own M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs to organize and play content from sources they choose. These playlist sources are provided by the user, not by FORTIFY SOLENT LTD.
FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not own, operate, control, review, host, or distribute the content that may be referenced by user-provided playlists.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and permissions required to access any content included in their playlists.
3. Information We Process
The types of information processed by the application depend on the features and third-party services enabled in the released version of the app. Information may include app settings, playlist configuration entered by the user, device-related information, usage events, diagnostics, and support information.
We do not claim ownership of your playlists or of any content referenced by your playlists.
4. Device Information and Diagnostics
The app and its SDK providers may process technical information needed for compatibility, troubleshooting, security, app functionality, analytics, and support. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, crash logs, performance data, and similar technical information.
5. Firebase Services
IPTV Player primarily uses Firebase services provided by Google. Depending on the released app configuration, Firebase may be used for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, cloud messaging, A/B testing, or app content/configuration storage.
Firebase may process device information, app interaction events, diagnostics, crash data, installation information, and related technical data. 6. Facebook / Meta SDK
IPTV Player may use Facebook or Meta SDKs for app measurement, attribution, app events, advertising-related features, or similar operational purposes. Depending on device settings and regional consent requirements, the SDK may process device information, advertising identifiers, app events, interaction data, and network information.

7. Advertising, Analytics, and Consent
Where analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting features are enabled, the app or third-party SDKs may process information to measure app usage, improve reliability, understand campaign performance, show or measure ads, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Where required by applicable law or platform policy, the app may request consent or provide choices before using certain advertising or analytics features.
8. Third-Party Services and Playlist Sources
User-provided playlist URLs may connect to third-party websites, servers, or streaming sources. FORTIFY SOLENT LTD is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, legality, security, or content of those third-party sources. 9. Customer Support
If you contact support, we may process your email address, device details you choose to provide, app version, Android version, screenshots, and the content of your message so that we can respond to your request. Do not send passwords, account credentials, payment information, or sensitive personal information in support emails.
10. Production Review Note
Before publishing, confirm the exact Firebase products, Facebook/Meta SDK features, advertising networks, consent SDKs, crash-reporting tools, and analytics tools enabled in the released APK/AAB. Update this Privacy Policy and Google Play Data Safety answers so they match the actual build.
11. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Local app settings and playlist entries may remain on the user's device until the user changes them, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.
12. Adults and Children's Privacy
IPTV Player is primarily intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The app is not directed to children, and FORTIFY SOLENT LTD does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Security

Users can manage playlist URLs and app settings within the app. Users may also remove locally stored app data through Android system settings or uninstall the application from their device. Depending on your device and region, you may also be able to limit advertising identifiers, app tracking, notifications, or analytics-related permissions through Android settings or in-app consent choices.
15. International Processing
Third-party SDK providers such as Google/Firebase and Meta may process information on servers located in different countries. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable data transfer safeguards.
